Prior to joining Sudler Commercial, Helaine Cohen was a founding member of the Private Client Group at Cushman and Wakefield specializing in the marketing and disposition of investment property, vacant redevelopment land and NNN investments through out the Midwest Product types include office, retail, industrial and mixed use including residential and senior housing. She has been involved in real estate asset sales for both major corporate and entrepreneurial owners.
Previously, Helaine worked in the Real Estate Auction Group of Sheldon Good & Company. Her primary focus was property disposition solutions, working with companies such as Alcoa, Tyco, American Greetings and Rayonier, resulting in sales of over 4 million square feet of office and industrial property as well as 6,000 acres of vacant redevelopment land. She has also participated in the sale of various mid-sized office buildings in a variety of locations across the country.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Helaine spent 20 years in business development and sales management positions in the high technology industry. The majority of her focus was working with Fortune 500/1000 accounts as well as a variety of commercial clients in almost every vertical market.
